Job Summary

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the President- Industrial division.
  • Performs administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Calendar management and travel management.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations.
  • Schedules meetings on behalf of Business Head, taking notes and record minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and / or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic book keeping.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Must have the ability to maintain an accurate and complete filing system.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively and professionally with the public and other employees
  • Creating Sales and Business MIS whenever required. Knowledge on SAP will be an added advantage.
