Job Responsibilities :

  • Follow Agile software development methodology to gather requirements, design and develop high-quality deliverables.
  • Follow architecture principles and development standards set by Architecture practices.
  • Work closely with the development team and product team to ensure the design meets the requirements
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure and maintain quality standards
  • Responsible for Project planning, estimating and resourcing.
  • Assist team members in developing technical and professional competency. Coach, train and mentor junior members in the team.
  • Managing Scope of delivery of Product Releases - with a long term product vision for continuously improved modules and customer-specific requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of Software Product Development Cycle & Product Delivery Cycle in Dynamic Environment
  • Objectively review an organization's business processes.
  • Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Should have 10-12 years of experience.
  • 10+ years of Strong Technical Experience.
  • Minimum 5+ yrs of technical delivery experience across the entire SDLC, with deep expertise in software development; at a minimum : Java 8, HTML, CSS
  • Good knowledge in Cloud system architecture.
  • System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems in systems and deliveries.
  • Technology Enthusiast and Passionate for the lead from the front for critical product deliveries.
  • Must have a great blend of Technology, Product and People Skills
  • Keep team motivation and passion high on the spirit to deliver the impossible and extending team limits day by day.
  • Set targets and measure performance, quality and delivery.
  • Planning for long term goals, yet delivering, but not distracting through, short term targets / issues.
  • Build, own and support scalable, global and extremely high-performance systems.
  • Measure, Review and Benchmark software and systems on best software craftsmanship practices and guidelines. Contribute to improvement and adherence to practices.
  • Strong technical fundamentals of web-based product development, having no fear to look into ground-level technical & support issues as and when required.
  • Good knowledge of Hibernate / JPA, JSP, Servlet, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON
  • Good understanding in with SQL Server
  • Good Understanding of highly optimized, responsive, cross-browser, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JQuery, Bootstrap (3.3.7 and above), LESS based applications.
  • Must be familiar with browser debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, firebird etc.
  • Adherence and compliance with Project / organization processes and standards
  • Must have prior experience of leading technical initiatives with Microservices & spring boot.
  • Willing to work in an agile work environment through test-driven development, continuous integration
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Create logical data structures, Coding, and Apply best practices / design patterns of coding
  • Responsible for and product / module complete, quality deliverables
  • Experience of handling a team of high performing individual and partnering with other module leads.
  • Good to Have Skills :

  • Product / application development, and knowledge of SDLC of multiple products / applications
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated requirements and other IT development partners.
