Experience of 1 yr as Sales / Business Development in Real Estate mandatory
Real Estate Experience is must
Hands on in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint & mail communication
Experience on CRM Software preferred
Interact with prospects, pitch products and generate meetings.
Confirm all scheduled meetings prior to the scheduled date and time.
Lead generation, meetings & follow-ups with clients, site visits, builder visits etc.
Interacting with prospective clients, and closing Sales.
Following up with interested prospects till a Sales is closed.
Preparing the presentation of projects
Establish and sustain relationships with existing and new clients / consultants for continuous growth.
Target based selling with adherence to the company's sales process & policies.
