Candidate Looking for :

We would need to have a dedicated BD resource siting in the center.

Request you to please look for profiles (possibly AM / Manager level) for this center The person should be Delhi based as travelling from Gurgaon to Delhi would not be viable.

Attached JD for reference for AM, in case of better experience we may offer Manager level.

Gender could be either but definitely a very presentable person with excellent communication skills.

Age should be below 30 yrs and Real Estate / Service Industry would be preferred, someone who can sell a very premium product.

Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the services operations, handle sales enquires and implement marketing initiatives, and help to drive our expansion throughout India.

Accountabilities / Job Description

Familiar with Product knowledge

Assist BDM to prepare site inspection

Handle sales enquiries and follow up sales sequence

Prepare office proposal

Set up appointments and sales tour with prospects

Assist BDM to Close the deal and prepare License Agreement

Pre-open marketing plan

Implement marketing initiatives and identify joint marketing partners

Assist BDM in Organising special promotions with hotels, property agents and business associations

Build relations and coordinate with local Business Chambers and Associations

Actively participate in networking events and functions

Provide operational support and work closely with operations teams

Key Performance Indicators / Job Requirements

2- 4 years of successful sales experience

Fluency in English a must

Energetic, social, and outgoing

Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously

Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline

Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts

Able to negotiate with decision-makers, executives, and CEOs

Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills

Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks

Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries
