Role purpose
Colt currently uses SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) to manage sales opportunities across Colt (EU and Asia).
C4C is used by Sales and Marketing users to manage opportunity pipelines. Frequent customization is required to the system to build new features as requested by Business.
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) Developer required to customize the existing SAP C4C application.
Key accountabilities
Working on customisation on SAP C4C
Independently designing the solution for different implementation requirements
Work on key Sales and Marketing Operation processes with C4C
Development of new requirements / implementation and Maintenance of existing C4c application with small enhancement and Bug FixingMust have good communication skills and able to interact with the Client / Business.
Should be able to do documentation (Design Doc / HLD / LLD / Flow Diagram)
Should be a team player

Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C), SAP CRM
Functional areas exposed to : C4C System Configurations / Sales / Marketing
Experience in C4C UI configurations like Work Centres, Business Roles, and Scoping.
Hands on exposure in SAP Hybris C4C integration, communication system / arrangement, code list mapping, OData services, user management and Messages monitoring
Experience in SDK code ABSL and screen designing (custom and standard).
Designing and developing application
Experience on workflow rules, approval processes, design reports and created Data sources for customer specific analytics.
End-to-end development from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing, de-bugging, documentation and implementation
Experience in end to end and support & rollout implementations
Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc
Certifications in the following will be a plus
SAP C4C / CRM
