Job Responsibilities To develop and promote the sale of companys services to architects, MEPF Engineering design companies, infrastructure project developers and contractors.
To understand customer needs and prepare suitable solutions, organize and submit proposals & negotiate contracts. To coordinate with various business verticals for submission of proposals.
To manage the team of executives in business development group, mentor and motivate the team. To manage the client accounts and coordinate various activities for successful execution of orders / contracts.
Any other functions required in relation to business development as required by the management from time to time. Candidate Profile Must be a graduate engineer / architect preferably with post-graduation in business management.
Minimum 4-8 yrs experience in business development in an engineering / design / consultancy or construction organisation.
Should have the knowledge of MEP & architectural work in construction industry. Must be familiar with latest technologies in construction industry such as BIM(Building Information Modeling 3D / 4D / 5D) etc.
Must be initiative taking with excellent communication skills. Work involves global clients; the candidate must have exposure to international business particularly USA & Europe.
