Leading bank is looking for Digital Acquisition + Product Campaign marketing - NRI banking - Leading bank : Mumbai

Grade : Manager / Sr Mgr

CTC : 12 Lacs - 18 Lacs

Drive analytics and insight driven customer and channel campaigns for Privy customers to achieve portfolio

engagement targets

  • Plan, execute and automate direct to customer digital marketing campaigns (Website, Internet
  • WhatsApp) & assisted campaigns (Personal Bankers & Contact Centre) for NR Customers

  • Plan and execute campaigns on remittance CTR and wire transfers and achieve incremental
  • value for the portfolio

  • Lead customer lifecycle management through acquisition, activation, promotions, cross-sell,
  • upsell, retention, service and branding campaigns

  • Deepen relationship value with existing customers through offers and promotions & define
  • acquisition strategy for prospective customers

  • Identify untapped market opportunities in terms of NE-HNI upgrades and provide solutions to
  • saturated and diminishing portfolio engagement through analytical campaigns by setting up

    propensity driven and persona wise campaigns

  • Conduct A / B Testing, usability testing, multivariate testing, test and control execution, run quality
  • campaigns & provide analysis and suggestions for improvement.

  • Ensure best quality lead flow to relationship managers which will translate into better customer
  • engagement and value creation

  • Convert dormant and inactive customers to active customers through targeted campaigns / CLCM
  • based on past account behavior

  • Lead campaign operations team to design workflows and execute marketing campaigns,
  • reminders and triggers.

  • Regular Coordination with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Operation Teams for
  • Conceptualizing and executing the campaigns

  • To keep a sharp eye on competitor’s campaigns and adapt best practices

    Drive data driven campaign & business strategy / Planning

  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge and fair understanding on SAS & SQL query & reporting tool.
  • Good Presentation skills
  • Good stakeholder management ability
  • NR background is preferable
