Should be passionate about delighting customers and helping them get the most value from the products of the Company

An Ideal Candidate required should be :

Genuinely happy about helping people.

Relationship Builder and enjoy building long term relationships with customers to understand their queries and concerns and help them to resolve any issues they may face.

An Excellent Communicator - handle customer conversations through email, chat and over the phone.

Curious by nature and get excited about learning new things.

Target oriented and look forward to generate revenue with the new challenges presented across.

Organized, pay a lot of attention to detail and have an ability to prioritize and manage time.

Comfortable dealing with data - able to analyze, and interpret data and drive valuable insights.

Requirement -

ïƒ Basic MS office skills are MUST

ïƒ Possess excellent communication skills and should be presentable.

ïƒ Must be tech-savvy to use tools for related functionalities.

ïƒ Possess exceptional organizational skills.
