Hiring Team Lead - Operations / Trainer for Content Moderation Process

Only looking for candidates who are currently working as Team Lead or Trainer

Should have working experience in support preferred CoMo (Content Moderation)

Should have knowledge on working with Image level reviews and should be familiar with CoMo policies and norms

Good People and Team Management skills

Should have basic understanding of common Operational Metrics / Practices

Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS / Csat and Dsat calculations

Candidates have Green / Yellow Belt Certified will have an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have experience as Trainer / Team lead in Content Moderation

Strong hold on English (Read / Write / Comprehend) and good verbal fluency in the language

Willing to work in Night Shift
