Translate customer requirements into persona based user scenarios
Actively participate through planning and execution phases and take lead in evolving the user scenarios, test strategy and consequent testing among other items
Identify required test environment and lead setting it up to as closely replicate customer environment(s) as possible for new features and for incoming customer issues
Own end to end quality for the product feature areas owned by the team this includes but is not limited to functional and non-functional testing and product integration / system testing.
Work closely with Development Manager, Install and build team, product documentation team among others to deliver a comprehensive solution
Work closely with customer representatives to deliver new capabilities and support existing capabilities on the product over multiple product releases and feature areas
