POSITION TITLE (ENGLISH) : Senior Business Analyst





Job description :

  • Role will require a person to have good understanding of CRM, DWH, BI, ERP, eLIMS solutions and be able to collect and analyze business requirements.
  • Person should be able to document user needs, convert business requirements into IT requirements which can be implemented on IT systems used by business.

  • Person should be able to understand business processes and how they are mapped on IT solutions deployed. He / she should be able to solution design, test and validate business processes deployed.
  • Person should be able to anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.

  • Person should be able to analyze and resolve user queries, user testing issues and provide user trainings. He / she should be able to provide L1 support to busness users.
  • Person should stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Person should be familiar with software development lifecycle.
  • Role will require a person to effectively communicate business insights and should be able to solution design business solutions and he should be able to work with cross fuctional teams including architecture team, development team etc.
  • Person should contribute in all areas of system implementation including but not limited to vendor interaction, system compatibility, system integrations and change control etc.
  • He / she should be able to manage projects, develop project plans and monitor performance. He / she should be able to prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, manage competing resources and priorities and monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • He should be pro-active in approach and monitor / highlight project risks and issues.



  • Proven Business / Functional analyst experience. Minimum 11+ yrs.
  • Good hands on skills on MS office (Word, excel, PPT), share point, document management system (DMS), business intelligence tools, SQL etc.
  • Others

  • Knowledge of Finance / Inventory / Procurement solutions is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be able to communicate with senior leadership (business MD, directors etc.).
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Ability to think out of the box, keen observer and eye for details.
  • Excellent documentation skills with good exposure in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • Qualifications

    A bachelor’s degree in business / engineering with an MBA.
