Brand Manager - Personal Care / FMCG - IIM / MDI / ISB

This opportunity is only female candidate.

  • End to end responsibility for organization's branding & marketing
  • Own the marketi strategy. Manage branding, advertising, promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility
  • Partner with all business functions, especially sales to develop strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns
  • Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition
  • New product / category / brand development, Consumer intervention and PR
  • Conceptualizing, developing and implementing corporate communication activities
  • Candidate Profile :

  • We are looking for a female candidate to lead our brand building efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will have significant brand management experience in a similar FMCG category.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven ability to scale and build new brands.

    PG : MBA / PGDM - Marketing

    Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required
