The systems engineer is the primary interface between management, customers, suppliers, and specialty engineers in the systems development process.

Responsible & accountable for defining the requirements and converting marketing requirements and CTQ’s to engineering requirements.

Work experience should involve technical consulting,solution design, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment,and management Highly knowledgeable in embedded system architecture


Need strong knowledge of systems programming and software architecture

Ability to document architectural views, perform alternate architecture analysis and trade off.

Sound understanding of certification standards likeIEC61508 and EN50271.

Functional safety certification from agencies like TUV or exida is highly recommended.

Hands on with design and development, work with the global teams, vendors and should have strong SDLC practices.

Helping on estimation, risk handling and technical decision making.

Mitigate risks early in the project life cycle by identifying proofs of concepts.

Should have delivered two products going through the complete lifecycle from inception to delivery.

Should be strong in C / C++ and should have hands on experience in development of drivers for arm core

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Passion to innovate and drive innovation with the team

Should have experience of Agile practices and CMMI

Have strong ability to manage complex tasks across competing projects and


Need to be able to interface and solve problems with engineering and other functions of the department, including the ability to coordinate work with others

Understanding of IoT technology and its applications for Industrial domain.

Job Expectations :

The candidate will be working on full life cycle activities for product development.

He / She will be responsible for safety certification and interacting with agencies to ensure product certification.

Should possess at least 12 to 16 years of experience out of which at least 5 years should be on end to end product execution

He / She should be able to work closely with partners spread across different geographic locations.

He / She should participate in code and test case document review and provide technical solutions including hands on development and coding on demand.

Skill Requirements :

Sound knowledge on design using C / C++

Exposure to RTOS like ThreadX

Experience in UML tools

Exposure to unit test tools like vectorcast or LDRA

Certification on functional safety would be of added advantage

Experience in development of fault insertion test for safety certification

Hands on with design and development, work with the global teams, vendors and should have strong SDLC practices.
