Position Description

If you are an information developer (technical writer) who has strong core skills, aspires to work on the latest tools and technologies, and thrives in a team environment, send us your resume, we have been looking for you.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Independently work on creating high quality ID deliverables (wiki pages & videos)
  • Develop product and domain expertise over a period of time
  • Monitor comments and issues on the wiki and resolve them within the set SLAs
  • Moderate product community to create a positive customer experience
  • Interact with cross-functional team members to understand documentation requirements
  • Estimate effort for assigned work and track it to completion
  • Provide regular status updates and highlight risks to leads
  • Coach junior writers and review their work as and when necessary
  • Qualifications :
  • Graduate degree
  • Graduate degree
  • Excellent technical writing skills and a minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good grasp of technical communication tools
  • Ability to understand complex software
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple and usable deliverables
  • Good to have :

  • Degree in engineering or computer science
  • Good working knowledge of Confluence Wiki & Techsmith Camtasia / Adobe Captivate
