Transaction Banking Operations is focused on building and delivering our brand new Transaction Banking businesses and supporting the suite of new Transaction Banking Services we are offering clients, whilst adapting to the rapidly changing payment landscape.

and to provide a differentiated, best- in-class client service. Transaction Banking Operations is a growing team with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York and Dallas.
All our offices work closely together as a single global team in support of our Transaction Banking business.
We manage a wide range of complex processes, with members developing skills and competencies around client service (client on-boarding, first line client support), cash management (including : payment controls, bank account management, virtual account management, cash concentration, payment formatting / settlement, reconciliation and claims), transaction support (FX Payment, Escrow, Money Market and Term Deposits), regulatory requirements, industry trends and change management.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a part of a dynamic team within Transaction Banking Operations in support of new products being developed for the global business
Demonstrate ability in optimizing between excellent client excellence, strong risk management and operational efficiency
Use data and metrics to run day to day operations; act as a point person for day to day processing and risk management
Work alongside Transaction Banking and other key stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal, Engineering and Risk in the implementation of new deposit, lending and payment products and services
Support Operations & Technology in System & process improvements
Strong understanding of front-to-back processes from client onboarding, loan origination, implementation, servicing, account management, payments and reconciliations
Be a problem solver and hone your communication, technical and risk management skills by working in a global construct focused on speedy and superior client delivery
Bachelor’s degree with 1.5+ years of professional and relevant experience
Experience with working in Operations team for transaction banking / treasury services, payments and / or lending
Knowledge of international payment schemes, FX and liquidity products and / or loan origination and servicing
Able to work across multiple groups and geographies in a fast moving environment
Demonstrates a strong commercial and client focused mindset balanced with a clear risk management approach
Able to navigate issues and deal with complexity as products and services grow
Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented
Ability to remain composed under pressure
