Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, and offers advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices including Kindle and Fire TV, and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform.
We are looking for a highly motivated Self-Service Creative Specialist who is passionate about working with our advertiser and agency partners to support Amazon’s products including DSP Self-Service, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Brand Video and address creative related challenges, while also providing training and education to improve their understanding of Amazon’s ad policies and specifications.

Key job responsibilities
Access and leverage data & metrics to identify advertisers to support and areas for support
Develop expertise in Amazon DSP, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Brand Video Products
Deliver training and education sessions to advertisers and be recognized as a subject matter expert on Amazon's ad policies and ad specifications.
Partner with the design team to facilitate design updates to creatives, when necessary
Assist advertisers with developing campaign creatives and address creative rejections. Work with other teams to facilitate successful campaign launches, often within a short turnaround time-frame and under tight deadlines.
Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
2+ years of professional experience, preferably in digital advertising and / or customer facing roles
Proficiency (both written and verbal) in English and at least one of the following languages Spanish, French, German, Italian or Dutch.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoy working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
Excellent customer service judgement with high commitment to customer success
Experience working cross-functionally and with employees with different skill sets
Adaptable and quick to learn new skills, processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical / operational capabilities
Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Candidate should be flexible with the shift timings.
Digital advertising experience and expertise in related ad specifications, file formats and technologies
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool and / or Business Intelligence tools will be a plus.
