Rotary International Infotech Pvt. Ltd, Pune (RI Infotech) is the offshore technology development center (ODC) of Rotary International and is responsible for supporting the IT & ITES needs of Rotary International headquarters, located in Chicago, IL, USA.

    General Overview

    Provide technical support for Office 365 SharePoint. Setup and support for all SharePoint online sites and technology. Troubleshooting SharePoint issues and responding to user questions.

    Train and mentor other team members to assist with Office 365 SharePoint support and administration. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage support the Office 365 SharePoint environment.

    You Will Have

  • Graduate from any stream or Post Graduation from any stream
  • Minimum 3 Years’ Experience as Office 365 SharePoint Administrator
  • Experience administering and supporting Office 365 technologies
  • Active Directory users, groups and object management and Active Directory Sync
  • Experience in PowerShell, specifically for Office 365 SharePoint administration
  • Office 365 SharePoint administrations Level 2
  • Deploying custom features on SharePoint online
  • Integrating Office 365 products and SharePoint Online
  • Experience in on premise site migration to SharePoint online
  • Experience in PowerShell, specifically for Office 365 SharePoint administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in development using .Net framework using C#.
  • Troubleshoot a workflow / alert / list / calendar / permission
  • Understanding of IT Service Management, working of helpdesk
  • Governance Model / Best Practices Enforcement
  • Active Directory, DNS and DHCP general knowledge
  • Identity management, SSO, SAML knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of IT Service Management, working of the helpdesk
  • Knowledge of operating in cloud-based environments, especially Azure
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • MCSA, MCITP or MCSE (certified will be advantageous)

  • You Will Be Responsible For

  • SharePoint Online site setup, configuration following best practices
  • SharePoint Online second and third-level support
  • Manage security of SharePoint sites
  • Integrate Office 365 products and SharePoint Online
  • SharePoint online health checking
  • Manage service requests and monitors service health
  • Deploying custom features on SharePoint online
  • On premise site migration to SharePoint online
  • Troubleshoot a workflow / alert / list / calendar / permission
  • Governance Model / Best Practices Enforcement
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage support the Office 365 SharePoint environment.
  • Office 365 monitoring : Ensure the operational health of the SharePoint online environment, including security, availability, performance, and reliability
  • General duties for other O365 applications
  • Training and educating end-users on O365 SharePoint capabilities and collaboration tools
  • Troubleshoot various Office 365 SharePoint applications issues, including connectivity and mobility. Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support and troubleshooting
  • Compliance Management : Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support / troubleshooting documentation.
  • Mobile policies and access
  • All requests should be documented via a ticketing management tool (Jira).
  • Create project documentation, knowledge base help and all application documentation within technology services workspace (confluence page).
  • Document application and web site changes or change procedures.
