Job Purpose :
The primary role of this position is to perform developmentand production support tasks for Invesco s Financial Applications including OracleFinancials R12, Markview (KoFax), and Oracle EPM tools.
Requires support of databases, batchenvironment, internal and external file transmissions, and businessintelligence. This person must possess strong technical, business analysis,people management, and critical thinking skills.
It is a position that isimportant and unique in that it faces both internal business clients andtechnology professionals assisting with implementing tools and processes toachieve viable, appropriate, and sometimes market leading solutions to businessproblems.
Key Responsibilities / Duties :
Workon Invesco financial applications development and support activities.
Workon projects and existing systems in cooperation with other team membersincluding enhancement requests, issue identification, log review, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensureall solutions are accompanied by appropriate system documentation that meetsinternal as well as industry standards.
Provideclient support for on call, after hours and weekend support when required.
Resolvetechnical issues by using logical, systematic and sequential reasoning.
Escalateissues and remediation steps effectively and in a timely manner.
Participatein team improvement sessions on mentoring, training sessions, andcommunication.
Keepabreast of current development and trends in Information Technology throughnetworking, continuing education, and industry / technology publications.
Workwith latest technology tools & software.
Implementautomation where possible and adapt Agile methodologies.
Communicateeffectively via phone, email or in person.
Interfacewith internal clients of all levels.
Work Experience / Knowledge :
Minimum5 years of experience in IT industry and at least 4 years on Oracle e-BusinessSuite of applications.
Proficientin EPM software such as Hyperion Planning, EPBCS, FCCS and HFM
Proficientin reporting / dashboard software such as OBIEE, Power BI, and / or Tableau
Proficientin Master Data Management (Data acquisition, cleansing, and delivery) softwareboth master and reference (DRM / DRG, Informatica)
Knowledge / Understandingof ETL software such as FDMEE or Informatica.
Experiencewith Oracle EBS R12 financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, PO, iExpense,iProcurement, Fixed Assets), Essbase, OBIA.
Understandingof business processes / business flows and the underlying technicalarchitecture / table structure of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Handson Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow, SQL, PL / SQL, XML / BIPublisher, Open interfaces and APIs, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), andShell scripting.
Proficiencywith Oracle tools used to support Financial Applications development RICEWF.
Experiencewith Forms & OAF personalization s.
Solidunderstanding of design and coding standards for extensions to the OracleApplications.
Exceptionaltroubleshooting and problem-solving skills and strong batch analysis skills.
Abilityto establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailedinformation in a fast-paced demanding work environment.
Experienceworking with financial services industry is preferred.
Experienceworking in Agile environment is a plus.
Experiencewith analyzing technical issues and implementing solutions.

Formal Education : (minimum requirement to perform jobduties)
Bachelordegree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, ComputerScience, Engineering, Business Administration or related field is preferred orcommensurate relevant work experience.
FormalOracle EBS training, certifications, and / or qualification preferred.
Formalproject management training and / or qualification preferred.
