Roles and Responsibility

Banking process for a leading bank which includes customer service and sales

This role will be responsible for handling the customer's inquiry and coordination with Sales.

Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.

Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation

Improvement and quality assurance programs

Good command over HINDI / ENGLISH / KANNADA / TAMIL / TELUGU and other languages.

6 days working and rotational offs

Salary

Fresher : 13 K

Experienced : 16K

Work Location : Bangalore
