    Role Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

  • The role focuses on Current and Saving Account Deposit Management for Corporate and Institutional clients which includes Manage, track and drive Cash Management CASA deposits.
  • Maximise interest revenue through efficient client pricing and balance management. Drive business performance / results through data analytics and insights.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible in managing CASA portfolio.
  • Responsible in maximising CASA interest revenue through client pricing management and deposit drives.
  • Work closely with countries to understand client behaviour on deposit and pricing.
  • Understand the external market and regulatory environment that will impact deposit trend and client pricing.
  • Establish good discipline for Group and Country on deposit management including pricing management.
  • Define data collection and analysis processes. Able to identify patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Leverage data to provide insights and track deposit and pricing, at the same time identify opportunities for deposit growth and revenue management.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college,
  • Graduate with a minimum of 5-year experience in Cash Management.
  • A good understanding of current and saving accounts portfolio management and / or Balance Sheet Management will be an advantage, e.
  • g., client pricing, operational balance, fund transfer pricing, cost of liquidity, etc.

  • Ability to perform data analytics and derive insights from data.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Excel is a must. Knowledge of data analytics such as Tableau, Phyton a plus.
  • Creative problem-solver, with an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
  • Able to multi-task and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Mature self-starter who can quickly get up to speed.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to handle changing priorities and urgent requests.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders well in both a one-to-one relationship and team environment.
  • Multi-cultural awareness with proven success of working effectively with people of different backgrounds.
