About PNM Suite
The Proactive Network Monitoring (PNM)-Suite R&D team has been established for more than 10 years leading the consolidation and development of innovative predictive and proactive network monitoring activities occurring throughout Nokia to a holistic practice that brings new innovative services and support to our customers to drive product and services revenue.
PNM-Suite application is used to monitor, analyze, operate and troubleshoot telecom networks. It brings in deep anaytics, and predictive models to Telecom Care and Operations services.
The software development team’s mission is to design, develop, deploy, test and maintain the PNM-Suite application which supports the Predictive Care Services of Nokia.
The team works in an agile environment based on a continuous integration chain in a DevOps setting.PNM is deployed in a hosted environment and delivers various services.
Artificial intelligence is being built in to enhance the analytics and ability to be more predictive.
As member of the PNM development team you will be responsible for :
A successful candidate should be able to become Subject Matter Expert (SME) through self-investigation. Mentoring and guidance will be provided initially, with expectation of becoming SME within 1 year with the knowledge to provide solutions or find answers through researching and analysing source code.

How to investigate causes when one or more of these goes Abnormal
Tools to collect more data (iostat, sar, etc.)

Understanding of the Java VM operation and how that relates to the Linux OS

In depth knowledge of Network data security and VPN connectivity, IPSEC.
