A TPM Category Management Lead drives incremental growth by defending our support services Installed Base business and by winning back business from unauthorized Third Party Maintainers or customers that are self-maintainers.
leading and executing / mapping the entire WW TPM Program strategy for win back and defend to the needs and unique requirements of the Geos.
The successful candidate will need to :
Have a clear understanding of the Pointnext Operational Services support business, Pointnext Services Portfolio, Installed Base renewal process and have a track record of either assisting with competitive positioning or prior sales experience.
Understanding of the HPE Direct RTM is key for this role and having experience working with cross functional teams is required.
This role will include working closely with the WW TPM Taskforce Team to support must win deals’ for the assigned Geos.
To drive pipeline & order growth, the selected candidate will need to define and recommend approaches / campaigns that would work best for the business challenges faced in the Geos using the HPE Direct model.
The candidate will also be responsible for implementing globally developed programs / campaigns and training.
This person will need to work closely with the HPE Pointnext Tech Care, HPE Pointnext Complete Care, GreenLake Managed Services, Multivendor Support, and GreenLake Category Managers to ensure they are aligned on actions, plans and activities to jointly win back and defend the core Installed Base business.
Position should be open for India Geo candidates to apply and works closely with WW, Geo and HPE Direct functions, covering Asia region.
