As a Senior Program Manager you’ll be working with cross-functional teams to lead Imaging Services Photo Studio launches and topology changes in support of Amazon Retail Marketplaces expansions in our Emerging Marketplaces (Non-

North and South America, Non-EU and Non-Japan). These launches require strong program management skills to work through initiatives that focus on end-

to-end operational readiness plans through physical studio launch execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background, demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects in partnership with business and operational stakeholder teams.

You will use data to guide decisions and prioritization, balance business needs versus technical constraints to deliver results, and dive deep to understand areas of standardization and optimization also translating findings to new business requirements and project plans for current or future launches.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

  • Drive consistent and efficient execution of projects / programs by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive execution against self-
  • created and managed milestones.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of PMO commitments through the planning, execution and monitoring of project / program work within the team.
  • Manage escalations timely in an effort to remove roadblocks impeding project delivery
  • Own a program road map and deliver projects to achieve program goals
  • Identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs
  • 6+ years experience in Program Management
  • Excellent English-language communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
  • Decisive, confident, and experienced with influencing others; proven track record of driving support for initiatives at all levels of the organization and to audiences of all sizes.
  • Decision maker and complex problem solver; a system thinker who proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources to make the right decisions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Travel as needed to support build and launch requirements within the region of up to 50%.
  • Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related Technical field.
  • Experience related to new facilities launches including financial and capacity planning
  • Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • A passion for innovation and raising the bar in teams, technology and projects.
  • A passion for photography, fashion and design, with expertise in Photo and Imaging Services processes.
