Key Responsibilities : a Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration OS, databases, virtual networks b Execution of scripting and monitoring automations Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration c Act as operations support for all servers, network, storage, security, or automation incidents requests
Technical Experience : a Strong in Cloud concepts for IaaS and PaaS for AWS b Strong in Cloud concepts for IaaS and PaaS for Azure c Good to have skillset in Devops and Container platform d Strong knowledge on ITIL methodology, especially in Incident, change and problem management modules
Professional Attributes : a Good communication skills b Good attitude c Good in reachability d Flexible to work in shift if in case it demands by client
Educational Qualification : Graduate with IT Industry experience
