The Digital Marketing Specialist has a strong grasp of SEO-SEM and is a content and channel expert in social media, web communications, and e-
campaigns. Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive TechBlocks digital objectives.
You have experience in Professional services and or have a technical background. You are also comfortable working with graphic design and can produce and oversee the creation of branded content.
This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented job requiring the interpersonal and technical skills to bring innovation and inspiration to our team.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, optimize searchable content on tblocks.com, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify emerging trends, technologies and opportunities to grow in the digital space
Generate, streamline, optimize, schedule and manage website
Manage tblocks.com website uploads, traffic and site changes
Build target audiences and execute digital ads for google, linkedin, facebook and other online applicable platforms
E-list optimization and database growth strategies
Use and understand website and social analytics to measure results and develop and recommend future strategy
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Implementing and continuously enhancing marketing automation software
Plan and track content marketing efforts from production to promotion of content
Event planning for internal teams, clients and conference events
Assists in the creation of effective corporate communication strategies that drive business results
Manages internal / external social communications / newsletters / campaigns
Maintain and assist with website updates and conversions
Write posts and blogs for various internal and external communications channels.
Support with the creation and maintenance of digital communication tools including email marketing systems, SEO backlinks and social media channels.
Assist in producing video content and maintain video production schedule.
Job Requirements :
2 4+ years experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment
1+ year understanding of Salesforce / Pardot
Excellent written and spoken Communication skills.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and ability to build marketing models
Solid knowledge of website tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Buzzsumo, WordPress, SEMrush, Google Trends, Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
