Main Task of Position

  • Key Account management for the Defense segment.
  • Achieve the Order Intake Targets as per AOP for Services Sales i.e. Spare Parts & Services for Defense customers throughout PAN India.
  • Generate enquiries / business by proactively visiting the Defense Organizations to identify potential opportunities for Spare Parts & Services Sales i.
  • e. ARC’s / AMC’s, Spares Stocking / Major Overhaul Orders.

  • Coordination with the other functions for smooth execution of end to end requirement of the customer.
  • Preparing Sales Forecasts as per AOP. Timely monitoring plan Vs. Achievements.
  • Prepare tender documents including proposals, Required LPP data base, Attending Techno Commercial Meetings / Price Negotiation Meetings
  • Decide Biding Strategy and Pricing policy.
  • Contract review and its co-ordination with customers, Regional Offices & Head office.
  • Maintain quality records related to the Contract review.
  • Monitoring of outstanding payments and timely collection from the customers
  • Coordination for milestone payments like payment against ABG / PBG.
  • Ensure collection of customer feedback & communicating the same to respective departments internally for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a well-defined quality system across the department
  • Education / Experience

  • BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering with min. 15-20 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience of sales of spare parts of compressors / pumps / valves
  • Good Communication skill. (written & verbal communication with customer) Presentation experience
  • Analytical skill, Decision making.
  • Should possess skills like Computer knowledge / MS Office, ISO documentation etc.
  • Good grasping power, self-motivated & ready to take challenge
  • Good business acumen.
  • Knowledge of ERP / SAP system.
  • Relevant experience in Defense will be an added advantage
  • Language skill-
