Automation tools (Experience on Any automation tool (Hiro / Rundeck / HPOO / stackstorm / Ansible) and its integration with ITSM tool) Job Description : -

This profile looks for candidates having good experience in tools and automation solution implementation and delivery in IMS domain.

  • Candidate will be responsible for planning, implementation and support of IT infrastructure automation solution to provide managed services.
  • Candidate will be leading a small team of 3-4 technical members. The candidate should have below skills and expertise.
  • Experience in implementation, solution development and administration of any automation or process orchestration tools like Ayehu / Arago / Ansible / StackStorm will be preferred.
  • Experience in implementation, solution development and administration of tool like HP Operations Orchestrator / HPSA / BMC Atrium Orchestrator / IPSoft may be helpful.
  • Should have lead at least one implementation of automation or process automation tool for enterprise customer and their integration with ITSM tool like ServiceNow.
  • Good knowledge related to Infrastructure management and Operations. - Good knowledge on Monitoring / ESM tools, ITSM tools and ITIL Concept.
  • Must be proficient working on the Unix / Linux / Windows platform like basic commands and administration skills. - Must have good experience in any scripting languages like Bash / Perl / Python on Linux platform and Powershell on Windows.
  • Preferred some knowledge on database technologies like MySQL / MSSQL / Oracle / MongoDB and SQL queries. - Very good experience in the implementation, deployment and integration of various infrastructure management and automation tools.
  • Very good experience in development of integration scripts / programs using SOAP / REST Webservices. - Must have experience in managing small team of 3-
  • 4 members. - Good to have experience integrating with Cloud Services. - Effective communication and collaboration skill. -
