This candidate will focus on helping drive Intel's new engagements and growth with our Partner base in the Asia-Pacific Region, specifically in the ISV domain.
You will own, define and work very closely with our in-country partner account managers and our HQ partner segment managers, to translate and implement Intel's value proposition and strategies with these partners, so as to influence the deployment of solutions on Intel technologies.
Your relevant background in working with ISVs in different segments and levels will enable you to help the team design and recommend benefits and reciprocal value exchanges with partners, focusing on a scalable approach.
There will be a deep focus on these Cloud-first partners, as the region shifts increasingly to cloud-based infrastructure for solutions deployment and understanding of Cloud-based services and solutions will be critical.
These engagements will be part of Intel Alliance Partner (IPA) Program globally and the candidate will have multiple opportunities to interact and learn with peers across the world and be able to extend new ideas and improvements to our framework and approaches in-region.
Key Responsibilities would include -
Build, expand programmatic coverage of ISVs across the markets in APJ
Be the regional lead and expert in defining and implementation of program benefits to drive engagement with segments of ISV partners, including key accounts engaged by in-country Partner Account Managers
Lead regional recruitment and bringing new partners onboard for program engagement
Support the development of toolkits, content, training for these engagements and the overall operations of the program
Lead ISVs' participation and involvement in Intel-led partner events to market, promote and derive insights of their solutions on Intel
Key point-of-contact of ISV partners for HQ program office - looking into business priorities and strategies, program engagement effectiveness, value propositions delivery, gathering market insights
Monitor and report metrics of partners' engagement across marketing activities, value exchange and events
Preferred 8+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing or program marketing in high-technology companies, with channel scale
Has experience of driving B2B business development, especially in ISV partner experience
Proven ability to influence and engage to get results and develop strong partnerships
Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Be keen to measure, test, learn and iterate to arrive at improved results
Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to details
