Job Description :
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
The Job responsibility of this position :
Raw material for our Advanced Material Division & Packaging Material for all Divisions.
Co-ordination with Supply chain & Planning team to review stock & order the relevant quantity of RM based on MOQ and Lead time.
RFQ floating to the approved vendors through Ariba & market Benchmarking.
Negotiate based on Monthly / Quarterly requirement
Market Intelligence to keep a watch on commodity price movement. Proactively inform to business & cover material after Business alignment.
Work with Global / local business team in new product initiative and support in new product development.
Organize filled Supplier Questionnaire(P-EHS) from Suppliers for all New materials.
Prepare monthly MIS and project update report. Attend Regional concall for Market updates and support to other regions team in RM / PM procurement from India.
Organize monthly Pricing forum with Business & share the current & forecasted material price.
Update PIR & Source list in SAP & NPI process flow for new product introduction.
Co-ordinate with SC & Production team for any Supply issue on daily basis & resolve.
Co-ordination with stakeholders for completing the purchasing process
To implement and comply with purchasing procedures and guidelines.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experiences : Bachelor of Science with 8 -10 years of relevant experience
Know-how / skills :
Computer Skills : Excellent in MS office,
MS Excel & SAP. (Knowledge on Ariba is preferred)
Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
Good in Time management,
Excellent in communication (written & oral)
Good Team Player.
