B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in the design, analysis, and product development of cabin components and assemblies in an industry applicable to off-road vehicles is required.
Expert level of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and CREO 3D modeling with surfacing experience and feature development is required.
Experience of master section creation and development.
Knowledge of body, doors, seating, enclosures, weldments, and system componentry.
Knowledge of injection molded part / tooling / process designs, composite, blow, and vacuum forming a plus.
Proven track record of successful project execution and continuous improvement
Analytically strong with the ability to organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and efficiency
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
Experience with Ansys, Hypermesh, or similar CAE tool is strongly preferred.
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Power sports experience a plus willingness to learn / grow.
Passion to set and meet high performance standards.
Ability to work with domestic and international technology partners.
Proficient with Microsoft software including Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
Fast paced office environment.
Flexible hours are required to participate in meetings with global team.
International Travel to United States may be required (less than 10%).
