What you needExperienced and motivated professional in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Simulation to support Stryker’s NPDDemonstrated the results of having executed complex structural analyses using commercial FEA solvers.
Ability and willingness to work on custom FEA problems of complex in nature, which could involve new methods development, material modeling, scripting and tools linking, e.
g., FEA tool live links with MATLAB, Excel, design of experiments, optimization etc.Capable of interacting with the multi-
disciplinary teams in India and abroad. Ability to execute FEA runs in a quick turnaround in sync with the NPD milestone requirementsWilling to work under the mentorship and directions of CAE experts in India and abroadCapable of leading technical discussions with the project teams establishing contacts with varied work cultureMulti-

9 years of research / industrial simulation experience in medical, automobile, aerospace or any product company. Experience from the service industry is also considered.
What you will do Interact with the various product development teams and understand the requirements for FEAWork with the design, validation and advanced operations teams to create FE modeling plan and model preparationPerform the static, transient, linear and non-
linear analyses using the commercial tools, e.g., ANSYS, Hyperworks or similarModel preparation, meshing, post processing and the interpretation of the results.
Verify the results for convergence and accuracyProvide customized FEA solutions based on the requirements from the design departments and physical testing laboratoryValidate the analysis results against closely equivalent international standards, experimental results or analytical solution as availableDevelop methods, tools, and procedures to shorten the FEA solution time for complex mechanical problemsCreate analysis reports, reference manual and lessons learnt documentParticipate in simulation workshops, forums, training & conferences both internal & externalWork From Home : NoTravel Percentage : None
