Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate - AD L3 Support
Client Information Technology has contracted Genpact to provide team of experts across several areas of AD Support; Genpact will provide support for below listed functions
Support and maintenance of Radiant Logic VDS platform and services
Support and maintenance of the Active Directory Domain Controllers and application server operating system and hardware for prod and non-prod environment
Maintain Active Directory, AD / Quest Tools and dynamic DNS for legacy environment
Manage Office365 identity management to include licensing and attribute changes
Manage AD account creation, deletion and modification within domain supported by GE or other suppliers
Investigate, identify, quantify and resolve known, potential failures and security violations.
Perform root cause analysis track resolution through corrective action while demonstrating incident volume reduction
Manage Sites and Services configurations
Responsible for performance management of LDAP and AD environments.
Co-ordinate with application teams to resolve performance and / or capacity issues related to LDAP and AD environments
Responsible for LDAP and AD tuning
Support all refresh activity done through the change requests
Responsible to maintain process and procedure document in GE s choice of knowledge base technology
Involve in decommissioning activities for AD, server migrations and legacy domain consolidations
Patching all life cycles
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
L3 level IT experience
L3 level of experience with AD Support
Strong leader with a desire to educate and develop good young talent within the team and managing critical production environments
Communication skills essential,
