People Operations Manager

  • Minimum 15 years of experience. Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager
  • MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Possess good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Individual should have high energy with the ability to organize / prioritize workload
  • Collaborates well with others, is able to influence decisions

  • Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Smooth execution of all employee life cycle processes (BGV, Leave & Attendance, Onboarding, confirmation, exits, Service Tickets)
  • Establish internal control mechanisms for periodic validation of employee data base for accuracy and completeness
  • Organize policy awareness sessions for employees and enhance usage of Employee Self-service options
  • Build a continuous service improvement process and consult with process owners to explore opportunities to mature and optimise the process
  • Day to Day operational maintenance of HR systems, work to troubleshoot and resolve employee queries wrt to Process
  • Develop and monitor dashboards to assess the performance of HR operations team and maintaining regular governance with internal stakeholders
  • Build, maintain and lead a team of highly customer and delivery focused professionals
  • Review SOPs, process workflows and governance documents, identify gaps and recommend change to fill gaps or eliminate non-value add and cost-effective operations
  • Plan and prepare all the time readiness for internal and external audits
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR processes, being able to solve and think scalable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Excellent MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS word)
  • Customer experience back
  • Proven experience in managing SLAs for multiple processes
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite
  • Ability to translate strategy into deep operational execution
  • Sound analytical and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Overseeing payroll and performance evaluation systems
  • Manages Execution Organizes, plans and manages projects / processes with simplicity and efficiency; partners with key stakeholders to align interests and remove roadblocks;
  • consistently achieves successful outcomes within important deadlines

  • Builds Relationships develop positive relationships establishes strong networks, shows respect for different styles, and communicates effectively to a wide audience.
  • Shows Courage Confident; willing to take on challenging assignments. Acts in accordance with beliefs and deals with conflict quickly and in a positive manner.
  • Monitors day to day HR activities and Reviews survey feedback provided by employees following case closure; analyzes root cause, addresses dissatisfied employees, and course corrects HR Specialists where appropriate
  • Knowledge of labor law will be added advantage
