ordinate the operational recovery activities formaintaining credit portfolio in his / her region. The candidate is required toadminister corporate policies and procedures and ensure that frontdelinquencies are minimized.
1.Prepare andexecute Call centre dialer campaign strategy
2.Run andmonitor dialer campaigns to improve agent productivity
3.Dialerenhancement in terms for meeting company requirements
4.Monitordialer performance issue and resolve any issue
5.Ensure datafacilitates & drive key decision points for process improvement & newinitiatives.
6.Ensureaccuracy & validity of data
7.To help incollation and preparation of data to enable analysis & decision
1.Experience 8-10 years in Collection Call CenterManagement.
2.Education â€ Graduate / MBA
4.CTC â€ 20Lakhs Max.
