Job Title : Sr. Manager PresalesJob Description : Presales support professional with 12 years of experience in the field of IT and specific experience in infrastructure management presalesProvide input into the sales cycle from pre sales engagement through solution brainstorming proposal writing and pricingGood understanding of sales process entire Bid Management process i e proposal development presales support function opportunity qualification preparing sales presentation pursuit specific research defining strategy defining win themes value proposition pricing managing stakeholders preparing pipeline report and win loss analysisSkilled in creating and executing cross functional pursuit plans identifying stakeholders key milestones and deliverables to meet proposal deadlinesShould be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of infrastructure support domains with deep knowledge in at least one of the services mentioned below : Service Desk ServicesService ManagementEnd User ServicesData Centre ServicesNetwork ServicesDatabase or Middleware ServicesDemonstrate ownership and coordination for the appropriate solution and cost estimation to effectively address client stated service requirements and service levels and ensure an integrated technical solution is built in accordance with service line strategyBroad knowledge across multiple technology areas and be cognizant of the emerging technologies under the gamut of infrastructure management to arrive at compelling technology and business solutionsBroad understanding of the financial construct with the ability to create thorough and complete cost model with required approvalsSize and cost the service components using consistent assumptions and exclusions and to provide cost input into the overall cost model 9 Knowledge of pricing approaches in the marketplace 10 Good problem solving and data interpretation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and be confident presentingDemonstrate ability to manage pressure related to strict timelines without compromising on the overall quality and deliverablesProficiency in Advanced MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPointExperience in General Management managing cross functional teams communicating with a wide variety of audience both technical and non-
