What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for recording company’s global payroll activities including reconciliations.
  • o Process bi-monthly payroll accounting entries

    o Creation of manual reclass and adjusting journal entries

    o Work with various payroll operations teams to research resolve open items

  • In charge of completing monthly payroll account reconciliations, collaborate with Payroll Operations’ team in ensuring timely resolution of unreconciled payroll transactions.
  • Assist with monthly bonus and restructuring accruals, including related quarterly true-ups.
  • Responsible for monthly reconciliations, including but not limited to payroll, bonus and restructuring accounts.
  • Other Accounting Operations duties as assigned

    What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed :

  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with an emphasis in accounting for payroll and related transactions preferred.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, with emphasis in the areas of payroll and accrual accounting.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and analytical skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, data manipulation, pivot tables and V-look up functions.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and ADP is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to meet daily and monthly deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a matrix team environment.
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement.
