We Offer

  • You will be responsible to handle and deliver projects with in Core Component Program. You are expected to lead and handle our team of Business Analysts
  • By being part of our team you will serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define and accurately document business requirements following CS standard methodology
  • You will handle requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are provided as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
  • Should transform business requirements into functional and collaborative work with IT teams to transform those in to technical specifications
  • Communicates clearly and gets along with all partners and demonstrates a deep understanding of business processes and related issues.
  • Fosters multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure deep understanding of impact across the organization

  • Identify, handle and raise where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
  • Design training and support documentation for new projects
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements
  • Work closely with the Global Finance teams and related Finance Change teams, and be involved in the execution of various initiatives planned as part of the Book of Work
  • You have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Financial service industry preferably from one of the investments banks but you are from consulting or product companies who have done projects with one of the investment banks can also be considered
  • You have 3 to 5 years in change management doing projects in Data Sourcing and Accounting & Sub ledger related areas
  • You have Bachelors degree in Qualified MBA or CA is helpful but not mandatory
  • You have practical experience of Business Analysis, Testing, Project Management and project lifecycle disciplines
  • You have strong business analysis capabilities including requirements definition, design, testing and process mapping
  • You have experience in improving team size of 6-10 members
  • You have worked closely with IT teams to validate functional & technical design
  • You have experience in handling senior partners and collaborative in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • You are a strong team-player and strong communication Skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • You have hands-on experience in tools like MS Office and PL / SQL queries
