Job Responsibilities :
Development of solutions on the SharePoint Online platform.
Participate in the assessment of project requirements, assess / define / document technical feasibility and possible solution.
Research and test new SharePoint online features, new relevant technologies and third-party tools.
Participate in test plan development activities; perform in-depth application tests; document results
Ensure quality of the deliverables .
Maintain and help prioritize both the Issues list and Enhancement list, if needed.
Document and maintain technical guide and online Knowledgebase covering site-building best practices, techniques, tips, solution recipes and FAQs.
Develop support documentation and / or scripts where required.
The skills and experience required for this assignment are :
2+ years of SharePoint Online development using CSOM, JSOM, and REST APIs.
Hands-on working experience with SharePoint 2013, 2016 platforms a plus.
2 + years enterprise web application development using .NET (C# and ASP)
Proficiency in using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and Teams Foundation Server
Good understanding and ability to work with core SharePoint features i.e. site collection & site settings and configuration;
document libraries & lists; classic & modern sites and pages; classic and SPFx web parts; workflows; content type; metadata;
taxonomy; search; user administration;
Exposure to Logic Apps, Function Apps and MS Flow are desirable.
Experience troubleshooting, supporting, and / or administering Microsoft SharePoint Online applications / sites and environment
Passionate about learning new technology and able to learn quickly.
Think flexibly, independently and strategically to resolve client issues, often interacting with other support or client teams.
Candidate must be self-motivated, demonstrate very strong imitative, and be able to prioritize and self-direct work.
Strong troubleshooting and overall problem -solving skills.
Ability to successfully manage the overall process of incident resolution from the initial call through resolution; follow-up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution;
document incidents and resolutions completely.
Ability to be a self-starter and to work with minimum supervision.
Experienced in a multi-cultural and gender-sensitive work environment.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
