What will you be doing?
Building effective working relationships with the Falcon fraud detection Technology Partners and Business Product Owners to define and deliver Mainframe change for the Falcon Product.
Driving change to meet the needs of the transaction fraud detection business and the Barclaycard and Retail Banking Technology change agenda.
Working with the business to ensure requirements are fit for purpose.
Managing the impact assessment of proposed change in the integrated technology environment, in particular understanding the impact of proposed changes on all upstream and downstream systems
Managing the delivery of change in the integrated technology environment
Understanding the risk profile of change and ensuring that integrated testing is commensurate with that risk profile.
Contribute towards creating Test Plan / Test Strategy / Schedule
Provide guidance to other team members on technology / domain / application queries
Delivery of all agreed change to time, quality and cost parameters
Ensuring that all change is designed and implemented using best practice
Ensuring that all engineering reviews are completed and the introduction of change into the Production environment follows agreed governance processes
Support the Application Management function with problem records and high severity incidents.
Actively contribute to Product direction and planning initiatives
Maintain the Product roadmap and Product Manual
Retain accountability for the product components and interface links with other applications
Provide product management information to the Product owner.
What we’re looking for :
The candidate must have experience on Production support / Implementation for FICO Falcon Fraud manager solution. Day to day activities include hard core implementation, installation, deployment, systems integration, setting up environment, supporting testing activities in development environments.
Should have knowledge of vanilla mainframe technologies Cobol, JCL, VSAM etc. Knowledge in databases using SQL. Strong knowledge on mainframe CICS and DB2 is desired.
Should be able to independently handle communication with business and relevant stakeholders within the company

Good coordination and communication skills Good to have experience on Fraud / Transaction monitoring.Must possess good problem solving skills and should be able to analyse issues using available debugging toolsDomain / Testing / Technical certification will be an advantage
