Ideal candidates should possess strong Inside sales, Enterprise sales and account management experience and a solid track record building Sales processes within an organisation.
Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, market penetration in specific markets, and evolving specific growth processes.
In this role one should be passionate about the business, customer satisfaction and an independent thinker with a team spirit.
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary, along with organization, persistent follow up and attention to detail.
Multi-tasking should be second nature. Excellent negotiation, listening, verbal and written communication skills are necessary as well.
Roles and Responsibilities Specific accountability will be as follows Proficient in account planning and territory management Interact with C-Level executives and Marketing to accelerate adoption.
Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis Generate & maintain a high-velocity pipeline with white spacing for the industry verticals Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings Managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest Explore new markets and define new industry verticals and segments Drive revenue and market share in a defined account list or industry vertical Design targets and incentives, and meet or exceed revenue targets Manage accounts concurrently Accelerate customer adoption and reduce sales cycles Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Build and manage a high-performance growth process. Requirements SaaS Sales Experience. Value-Based Selling preferred, not compulsory Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers (C-level) Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement Successful history of net new business sales A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
