Support the BC’s to collect the proper documents as pert the Banks guideline.

Agreement and Document collection from BC

BC / Agent Field level onboarding support

To provide proper device demonstration

To give proper product training to the Agents

Up time Downtime update to the field on time

Monitor and support the field level technical issues.

Filed level monitoring of Agents performance and Sales promotional activities.

Ensure that business generation is as per the regulatory and internal compliance
