Desired Job Profile Purpose of the Role

  • Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identifying newer opportunities for fund raising with a sharp focus on corporate partnerships and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to build empathetic partnerships with corporates that is also in line with their business goals
  • Identify and approach possible corporate and institutional funding partners and develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Build and maintain profitable, long-term fundraising relationships with current donors and potential donors
  • Identify, coordinate, and communicate community and industry related sponsorships and events
  • Create awareness events and campaigns for engagement both online & offline
  • Strengthen the fundraising team, systems, policies and processes as needed to support the fundraising plan and donor management
  • Review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement
  • Qualifications

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Communication / Management / Marketing / Development Studies / Social Sciences
  • Minimum Experience Required

  • 5 years of professional experience
  • Preferred

  • Experience in Fundraising / CSR
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to build relationships and effectively influence and communicate across all management and organisational levels
  • Independent, self-motivated and flexible
  • Consulting and influencing skills, with superior ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative, with ability to work in partnership
  • Project management skills
  • Target focused and with the ability to work independently and deliver result
  • Good negotiation skills, ability to influence
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel
