  • Graduate with 0 to 5 years of sales experience
  • MBA (Sales and Marketing) preferred
  • Prior Education industry experience is an added advantage
  • Roles & Responsibilities

  • Academic Consultant(AC) plays the role of Frontline Sales person
  • AC demonstrates the product and its use to potential customers
  • Assists customers in subscribing to the product
  • Advise student / parents in their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
  • Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
  • Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos
  • Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods
  • Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
  • Learn / Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
