The position is mainly responsible to generate transaction revenue through leasing or sale or both for the company by developing, maintaining and enhancing targeted client relationships. Additionally, knowledge of key real estate dynamics like demand, supply, absorption, vacancy etc. and other related economic drivers of real estate will also be essential for effective conduct of business. The incumbent should have past leadership experience in Real Estate or have key leadership traits to be able to lead teams.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Ensure growth and oversee achievement of regional targets, profitability and continued viability of the service line.Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various Business development programs Accountable in getting the team to perform regular and effective Business Development to identify prospective clients who require office space and seek appointments to identify suitable properties with property owners who wish to dispose / lease space.Have prior hands on experience of Account Management. Should have individual Account relationships. Manage and maintain Key Account relationshipsPresent offers of terms and conditions on properties and Conduct inspections for clients who were looking to buy or lease propertiesAnalyse and advise clients on the details of properties such as Floor Area offered, Building Specifications, Plans and the commercial terms of sale or leaseStructure & carry out transactions and conducted negotiations on behalf of the client to conclude sale / purchase or lease transactionsAdvise property owners / developers on project marketing methodologies such as sale / lease by inviting site visits or bids / auctions, direct marketing of project, advertising etc.Ensure maintenance of a database of properties with details such as photographs, floor plans, specifications, availability data, rent / sale Price, market rental values, capital values etc.Follow up with clients & landlords on contractual deliverables such as payments, handover of space etc. as agreed on scope of workExecute annual business plans & budgets pertaining to the allotted regionMentor and Support juniors in the team and groom them professionally to help them achieve excellence in their chosen field of occupationResponsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clientsPlan and maintain Systems and processes for all internal and external clients
QualificationsAny Graduate or Post GraduateShould have minimum experience of 2-3 years into Commercial Real Estate
