ANOC is looking for experienced recruiters to assist with white collar and blue collar requirements across the Middle East region.
This position will be primarily responsible for the management and overseeing of all recruitment activities of the business.
The Senior Recruiter must have a keen understanding of the full-lifecycle recruitment and will take complete accountability of the recruiting activities.
He / She will collaborate with senior recruiting management in designing and driving recruitment strategies, processes, and programs that will attract and acquire talent in the market all the while ensuring their alignment with industry best practices.
The overarching responsibilities include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Participating in business opportunities, reviewing professional publications, maintaining networks, and participating in seminars, conferences, etc.
Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offers
Coordinate with Career Counsellor and the Marketing team to offer industry insights and provide comprehensive support and assistance
Conduct career consultations for job seekers and participate in CV Writing services
Proven work experience as a Recruiter for a minimum of 5 years (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
In-depth knowledge with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Experience in task management systems like Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred
Ability to organize skills assessment centres (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ / EQ tests, etc)
Job Location : Temporarily Remote (Back Office - Mumbai)
Salary : As per Experience & Industry Standards
Start Date : Immediate - November
Role : Full-time
Timings : 11 am to 7 pm
