Shopsy is a part of the Flipkart group company, geared up to acquire the next 200Mn customers for the Flipkart group. We are embarking on a new and exciting path this year!
The Senior Manager II, Marketing, will play a pivotal role in enabling the business to achieve the customer, revenue and profitability objectives.
The main objective for the role is customer acquisition and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
a. Build and execute acquisition plans month on month, working with all stakeholder teams.
b. Own the quality of customers and CAC.
c. Identify new channels (online and offline) for app installs, performance marketing and digital marketing.
d. Manage the demand planning activities end to end.
e. Know the market : Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities etc.
f. Work with product and business teams to own the Shopsy app experience.
g. Co-own app install campaigns, CPI, uninstall rates etc.
h. Co-own performance marketing channels. Improve RPCs, CPVs, CAC etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
a. Deep experience in B2C digital marketing.
b. Strong customer orientation.
c. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with different metrics.
d. Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams.
e. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
f. Program management, relationship management, stakeholder management skills required. Strong ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail.
g. Team management capabilities.
h. Postgraduate from a Tier 1 business school, with overall 8 to 10 years of work experience.
