Implement plans & solutions of Students Program team for campuses across India and deliver results

Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives

Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers

Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.

Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus

Manage a group of 2-3 businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities

Basic Qualification & Required skills

2-3 years in recruitment with strong focus on metrics

Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

Ability to hire at an entry level from campuses while keeping the Amazon bar high

Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses

Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation

Have managed multiple stakeholders at a Hiring Manager level

Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in India

Strong HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative

Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent written & verbal communication skills. High quality report preparation
