Qualification Key Responsibilities : -

  • Ensure client is compliant on all Labour law requirements
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to get things done
  • Liaise with government authorities for registrations, renewals, inspections, notices etc
  • Register and record maintenance under various Labour laws
  • Reporting as per agreed timelines and in agreed manner
  • Location visits and Audits
  • Provide updates on regulatory changes to client
  • Contract Vendor Audit / liaisoning
  • Payment follow up with client
  • Competencies and Skills : -

  • Age group : 35 yrs. +
  • Previous experience : 10 to 12 yrs. +
  • Relevant Experience : 8 yrs
  • Min Qualification Required : Graduate, L.L.B. with PG in Labour Laws
  • Threshold Competencies (non-negotiable skills required)
  • Knowledge of PAN India Labour compliances
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of interacting with senior management
  • Coordination skill
  • Self-starter
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Desired Competencies (good to have skills)
  • Languages to be known : English, Hindi
  • Any other Specifications (travel, shifts etc.) : Monthly visits to client locations
