Key Area : Good Knowledge on dispatch / logistic

Job Description :

Verify correctness of all information on Challan & Invoice / other documents while material receipt / being sent out for processing.

Quantity check, Prepare GRN, place material in Stores, Updating Bin Card & SAP system.

Provide instructions / material to the assembly line.

Plan future capacity requirements.

Liaise with Vendors on stock availability.

Coordinate with vendors for returning of rejected / re-workable materials and documentation . Should have Knowledge of E way bill.

Organising vehicles for dispatch and delivery of goods

Knowledge of Auto Stores & Retrieval System.

Filing of GST returns.

Maintain competitors data and finalised ARC.

Preparation of MIS Reports.
