Role Objective :

  • Analyze business processes, suggest, design, develop, test, and maintain business process automation using Automation Anywhere'sRobotics Process Automation (RPA) tool.
  • Essential Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business process use cases (by working with SMEs) to design, develop, test, and maintain business process automation using Automation Anywhere' s Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool.
  • Provide adequate documentation for the developed solution, including business background behind automation.
  • Tend to any bot failures and restart the bot with minimal negative business impact.
  • Essential / Technologies :

  • At least two years of experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in programming (e.g., .NET, Java, PowerShell, or Python), SQL and relational databases, and integrating using APIs.
  • Should be familiar with the different type of locators, such as DOM, LinkText, Xpath, Name, ID, ClassName, TagName, PartialLinkTextand CSS Selectors.
  • Should be collaborative and able to work in a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts and experience working in agile teams.
  • Need to possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Good to Have Skills / Technologies :

  • Familiarity with two or more business areas, such as merchandising, marketing, finance, retail operations and HR.
  • Automation Anywhere certification
  • Experience working in a scaled agile framework preferred
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar tools
